This Membership Agreement is entered into as of the date of signing by and between the undersigned Member and Little Grapplers, LLC. By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below:

Membership Details and Fees

The 3-Month Contract Membership is priced at $50 per month and has a duration of three (3) months from the start date of the membership term.

Payment Terms

Payments for membership fees must be made on time. Payment is due in full on the first day of each billing cycle (monthly). Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges at the discretion of Little Grapplers, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel the membership, the Member must provide a written notice of cancellation to Little Grapplers, LLC at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired cancellation date. The Member remains responsible for all payments due during the 30-day notice period, even if they choose not to attend sessions or use the services during this time.

Agreement to Pay

By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges responsibility for making timely payments as outlined in this Agreement and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the 3-Month Contract Membership plan.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Little Grapplers, LLC operates.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Member and Little Grapplers, LLC, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
